香港能源建設有限公司開發以無人機航拍系統進行架空電纜檢測,大幅降低工人工作時間及減少暴露於高空工作的安全隱患。配備的紅外線檢測則可識別電纜系統的異常情況,檢查結果更準確、工作效率更高。

此外,配合人工智能軟件,偵測電纜及組件缺陷,並將結果有系統地分類記錄,協助工程人員準確掌握架空電纜線路組件的狀況,而且所收集的數據可用於預防性維護分析。

Hong Kong Energy Infrastructure Limited developed an Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) for overhead line inspection, which significantly reduces worker’s exposure to work at height hazards.  Benefit from the dual camera system (4K and Infra-red cameras) of UAS,   a thermal detection and 4K video can be obtained in a single flight to identify defective components and abnormality.  

With the application of artificial intelligence software,  power line and component defects can be spotted and recorded with location details automatically. The UAS enhances safety, quality and efficiency in routine overhead line inspection and also helps engineers and frontline to have accurate data to determine overhead line and cable components’ conditions, and the collected data can be used for preventive maintenance analysis in future.
